HistoryRavesight.com was founded in March 2000 as one of the very first internet video sites. Its original use was to act as a repository where techno DJs could promote videos of their live sets performed at raves all throughout the world. For the first time, these DJs could promote more than just their music recordings from raves - they could now show people their performance as well. Since then, websites such as YouTube have popped up, taking over for the role Ravesight.com played in the advancement of the techno music industry. Present DayRavesight.com now acts as a web repository and email domain for its founder. Some links to content can be found below. |
